True to size. Waterproof/leak proof. I do put an incontinence pad inside so I only have to change the pad. Works perfect for my little old man!!!

Love the pattern

Great for those presious boys who like to pee on everything in the house. I take a sanitary napkin and cut in half. I take one half and stick in the belly band to make it extra leak proof.
